Through the Centre, Director Casualty Support Management provides support and services to ill and injured military personnel, serving and retired, their families and the families of the deceased.

The Director General Personnel and Family Support Services (DGPFSS) develops and delivers a wide variety of Personnel and Family Support Services to members of the Canadian Forces (CF) and their families, aimed at enhancing the quality of life of the military community. DGPFSS includes:
- Personnel Support Programs (PSP)
PSP manages and delivers high quality deployment support and family services, health promotion programs, mess and newspaper operations, and physical fitness, sports and recreation programs.
- Military Family Services Program (MFSP)
This website connects military families in and out of Canada with their closest Canadian/Military Family Resource Centre and a host of online resources, information and support. OUTCAN families can learn about the services available to them at each major CF location in the US and in Europe, and families in more isolated European postings can connect with Remote Personnel Family Services.

- Service Income Security Insurance Plan Financial Services (SISIP FS)
SISIP FS is the Canadian Forces (CF) delivery arm of financial products and services. All programs are delivered in a non-public property framework, on behalf of the Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) and through Director General Personnel and Family Support Services.
- CF Community Gateway
The CF Community Gateway is a series of linked websites (one for every base and wing) that provides a common national view of all local base/wing Non-Public Property programs and activities.
- Military Families Fund
The Military Families Fund was created in April 2007 by General Rick Hillier, the former Chief of Defence Staff to assist military families faced with unforeseen and often immediate needs that have resulted due to conditions of service. The fund continues to grow through the generous contributions of Canadians, corporations and other organizations, adding a new vehicle to support Canadian Forces members and their families.
- Member Assistance Program (MAP)
MAP is a voluntary and confidential service, initiated by the Canadian Forces (CF) to help members (Regular Force, all Reserve Class Members, Cadets) and family members who have personal concerns that affect their personal well-being and/or work performance.
- Birth Certificates DND 419 Birth Certificate, Registration of Birth Abroad, International Birth Certificate for dependants born outside Canada to Canadian Forces (CF) personnel.
- Operational Trauma Stress Support Centres
These centres provide assistance to serving members of the Canadian Forces and their families dealing with stresses arising from military operations, in particular, UN and NATO deployments abroad.

This site is designed to provide information and resources specific to VCDS Gp and OUTCAN. The VCDS Gp Health and Physical Fitness website will provide a place for VCDS Gp members to receive information regarding policies, fitness and health programs and contact information. OUTCAN members can access details regarding the OUTCAN Physical Fitness Program such as fitness testing schedules, procedures, programs and links to health and fitness related sites.
